The memorial is located one mile north of the Hill Cumorah Visitors Center on state route 21. It includes an outdoor display of faithful LDS historical material relevant to Oliver Cowdery and his involvement in the area with Joseph Smith and the Hill Cumorah. It's a must-see for visitors to Palmyra.
